-Shall provide assistance to the Chef for a wide number of functions in the kitchen.
-Shall act as a second in command and may be responsible for running the kitchen in the Chef’s absence.
-To follow and complete any instructions given by the Property Manager.
-Set up and close down the kitchen according to the set procedure.
-Assist in the preparation of cooking ingredients including preparation of salads and desserts.
-Prepare food using established production procedures and systems as implemented in the compound.

-Maintain stock levels for all food items and inform the Chef of any shortages.
-Store food properly and safely, marking date and item.
-Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation.
-Assist the Chef in planning for new menus.
-Male not more than 35 years of age.
-Must have minimum 3 years working experience as a Cook/Chef in 4 star or 5 star hotel. Experience in GCC countries is an advantage.
-Must have experience in preparing international cuisine in a reputable hotel and restaurant.
-Knowledgeable in cooking and preparing the following type of cuisine: Continental, Chinese, French and Italian cuisine.
-Knowledgeable in preparing pizza.
-With impressive English speaking, writing and reading skills.
-With clear communication skills.
–Act as a first point of contact for all visitor’s, welcome them professionally and courteously and look after them until they have been attended to, guaranteeing a smooth-running reception area.
–Professionally administer all incoming calls and outgoing calls providing callers with compound facilities information and ensuring calls are redirected accordingly.
–Responsible of opening and closing of the reception area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights) and inspection of all club house facilities daily every morning.
–Maintain a systematic arrangement in general customer service, booking, party reservations, tennis courts, squash, table tennis, billiards hall and other facilities and amenities as applicable in the compound.
–Comply with the reception and administration process as laid out in the standards of the compound’s rules and regulations.
–Administer move in and move out procedures to ensure smooth transition of new tenants and accommodate the interest of both tenant and the company.
–Receive work orders, distribute to the maintenance team, and track all pending work orders with the call center to ensure completion.
–Coordinate with leasing department the leasing contracts (intention notice) and cheques collected from the tenants.
–Male not more than 35 years old.
–Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience in a high-end residential property, luxury hotel and fine dining restaurant.
–Excellent phone etiquette.
–Excellent English communication skills.
–Should have a strong personality. Someone with courageous attribute in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
–Should be customer service driven.
–Able to work with minimum supervision.
–Good use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
–Able to multi-task.
–Possess strong organizational skills.
–Flexible and ready to work extra time when needed.
–Provide planned maintenance (PPM) schedules for implementation and handle the follow up on the same.
–Perform daily maintenance inspection by utilizing the facilities built on the Building Management System (BMS) including fire alarm system, CCTV, data logging, alarm manager status and other hardware and software features.
–Analyze reasons of failures of maintenance inspection to review the system and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and/or to reduce the operation cost as well as improve the services provided to customer.
–Program the BMS and PPM system and other plants for automatic periodic testing.
–Comply with the building Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
–Take equipment readings as per the daily working schedule.
–To ensure that each job is done by the maintenance technicians to a high standard and that all their work is done with quality in mind.
–Male between 30 years old to 45 years old.
–At least Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communication Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
–With at least three years of technical experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Electronic Technician team.
–Proactive, service minded, knows how to deal with difficult customers and a problem solver.
